
Resistance bands are probably the most versatile fitness equipment, they can challenge every bodypart in multiple ways regardless of how experienced a lifter you are. They can be thrown in a draw or a travel bag, so they can be used anytime and anywhere.

I want to make it easy for people to train. Bands are perfect for this and the workouts don't need to be long. All I ask is that you are consistent. Results come from training regularly.

START UP
This is a great place to start if you haven't exercised for a while. Although I would recommend lifting heavy once you have done a few of these sessions, bands are great as you can add them together to create any resistance you want. In this plan there is cardio/resistance circuits and specific body part training, so great for strength, muscle tone and fat burn.

LEVEL UP
Although there is some cardio/weights circuits in this plan, it is mainly going to focus on strength with split body part resistance training. So perfect for any strength level and great for muscle tone and mass. Add the bands together to create a super heavy resistance or lighter for an easier session. This plan is great for weight management strength and good health.
