Resistance bands are probably the most versatile fitness equipment, they can challenge every bodypart in multiple ways regardless of how experienced a lifter you are. They can be thrown in a draw or a travel bag, so they can be used anytime and anywhere.

Now for the workouts! I want to make it easy for people to train. Bands are perfect for this and the workouts don't need to be long. All I ask is that you are consistent. Results come from training regularly.

For the workout videos I have made, you will need resistance bands that have handle attachments, ankle straps and a door attachment.
