Start up plan - Let's get moving!

Perfect for you people looking to get a good routine started again. The programme has recently been altered so you now have shorter workouts targeting specific areas. However there is still the longer all-round, fat burning and muscle strength conditioning workouts. Workouts are a mix of Band resistance, Bodyweight and Cardio.
