Perfect for you people looking to get a good routine started again. The programme has recently been altered so you now have shorter workouts targeting the problem areas. However there is still the longer all-round, fat burning and muscle strength conditioning workouts. Workouts are a mix of Band resistance, Bodyweight and Cardio.

This course has cardio band workout options but also has pure, 15 min band resistance workouts focusing on particular body parts (Legs, glutes, shoulders, arms, back, chest). Perfect training if you are wanting to tone/strengthen particular areas. Suitable for exercisers of any level.
